Delivery guy

I am passionate about working with organisations to find the best delivery strategy to meet their outcomes while challenging their existing delivery framework to be as efficient, controlled and transparent as possible.

This can involve utilising multiple delivery methodologies; SAFe, SCRUM, Lean, Prince2, etc... but more often I focus on one (usually Agile: Scrum or Agile: Kanban) and work closely with stakeholders to review and (where appropriate) transform processes and procedures to find the most efficient delivery path while keeping the important risk and control points as robust as possible.

I have transformed multiple waterfall/Prince2 programmes into efficient, controlled and transparent delivery pipelines in both large enterprise organisations and smaller startups. My work with these organisations included coaching, refining and designing processes, setting up scrum teams and evangelising an agile mindset, through to working with senior management to architect a new, improved delivery architecture.

I especially enjoy working within the teams who have never worked in an agile environment before helping them streamline their work and stop 'being busy' and start delivering.

I have worked in a variety of capacities these organisations including Release Train Engineer, Programme Manager, Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, Project Manager, Business Analyst and Lead UX Consultant, each of these roles included a strong agile coaching element.

When I am not helping an organisation to deliver better I love to build things.
